Metal Gear Solid

For those who didn't hear in yesterday's episode, on 4/23 we will be beginning our discussion of Metal Gear Solid!

 

For those looking to play along:

The original version can be played on a PS1, PS2, or PS3.

It can be bought on the PSN store on a PS3 or PSP, or via the MGS Legacy Collection on PS3.

The PC version is sadly not available digitally, but if you find it, you can play using a fan patch on modern machines.

The remake for Gamecube using the MGS2 engine should be close enough for discussion as well.

 

The first episode will take us through the first boss (in the armory).
